Our approach to returns and refunds is grounded in honesty, speed, and commercial pragmatism. We do not use complex processes or unreasonable conditions to obstruct legitimate claims — because we understand that our buyers' production and retail operations depend on the quality and accuracy of every shipment we dispatch.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refund Claims
A return or refund claim is eligible for processing under the following conditions: the goods received are materially different from the confirmed product specifications (including material, dimensions, colour, or brand); the goods show manufacturing defects that were not visible at the point of dispatch (such as stitching failures, broken hardware, delamination, or structural faults); the quantity delivered is short of the invoiced quantity; or the goods were damaged in transit due to inadequate carrier handling (not due to buyer negligence post-delivery).
Claims arising from buyer-initiated mishandling, improper storage, unauthorised modifications, or normal product wear and use are not eligible for return or refund. Claims based on subjective dissatisfaction with a product that matches its confirmed specifications will not be accepted.

2. Reporting Window and Process
All return or refund claims must be formally reported to BagsPurseWorld.in within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. To initiate a claim, buyers must submit: the order number and relevant invoice reference, the SKU and batch identifiers for the affected goods, a clear written description of the issue, and high-resolution photographs documenting the defect, damage, or discrepancy. For short-supply claims, the delivery receipt and carrier documentation should be included.
Goods subject to a claim should be retained in their original condition and packaging wherever possible, as they may be required for return inspection. Claims submitted after the seven-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at BagsPurseWorld.in's discretion, but timely submission is strongly advised.

3. Claim Evaluation and Resolution
Upon receipt of a complete claim submission, our quality team initiates an investigation to assess the validity and root cause of the issue. Investigation typically involves reviewing the pre-shipment inspection records, carrier documentation, and the photographic evidence provided. We aim to complete the initial claim assessment within 3 to 5 business days of receiving a complete submission.
Based on the investigation findings, we will propose one of the following resolutions: a replacement shipment covering the defective or missing goods at no additional charge; a partial credit note or invoice adjustment for minor discrepancies that do not materially affect the usability of the batch; or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected goods, applicable where the entire batch is confirmed as unusable for its intended retail purpose.

4. Return Logistics and Authorisation
No goods may be returned to BagsPurseWorld.in without prior written Return Authorisation from our Customer Support team. Upon approval of a return, a Return Authorisation Number will be issued, which must be clearly marked on all return packaging. Where the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or our supply error, BagsPurseWorld.in will bear the cost of return logistics. Where the return is attributed to buyer error (incorrect SKU ordered, change of mind after acceptance), return logistics costs are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of final claim approval, via the original payment method or as an agreed credit note applicable to future orders. For international buyers, refund processing timelines may be extended by 3 to 5 additional business days due to cross-border banking procedures. A full reconciliation document explaining the refund calculation will be provided to the buyer upon processing.
